His foundation in hospitality was laid at Java House Africa, where he worked his way up from steward to top-selling senior waiter—learning the value of service, consistency, and excellence.

When the Covid-19 pandemic left tourism shaken, Mashial spotted opportunity. By bundling accommodation with authentic cultural and nature-based tours, he positioned Your BnB as the go-to gateway to the coast’s hidden treasures. Today, Your BnB works with dozens of partners, offers unique travel packages, and has a growing digital presence connecting with thousands of travelers worldwide.

Born in Kilifi County and raised in Nairobi’s Kawangware slums by a single mother, Mashial grew up with a deep understanding of resilience, discipline, and purpose.
